Contact Us
This page explains how to contact the Slots Not On Gamstop editorial team, what we can help with and, just as importantly, what we can't. We publish research-based guides about casinos not on GamStop for adult readers in the UK. We are a comparison site, not a casino, so we can't open, close or fix a player account.
Editorial responsibility for this page sits with Rebecca Durrant. Facts on this page were last checked on 29 September 2026.
Who to contact for what
Most messages fall into one of a few categories. Sending yours to the right place saves time.
| Your issue | Who can help |
|---|---|
| A factual error, outdated bonus term or broken link on our site | Us. Tell us the page and what looks wrong. |
| A question about how we compare casinos | Us. See About Us first, as it may answer it. |
| A withdrawal delay, bonus dispute or account closure | The casino's own support team, then its complaints procedure |
| Worry about your gambling | GamCare, or the tools described on our Responsible Gambling page |
| Wanting to restrict your access to gambling in Great Britain | GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme |
What to include in a message to us
A clear message gets a faster and more useful reply. Please include:
- The page address or title you are writing about.
- The exact statement you think is wrong or unclear.
- Where you found better information, such as the casino's current terms page, with the date you saw it.
- Your preferred name and reply address.
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, identity documents or bank details. We never need them.
Corrections and out-of-date terms
Casino offers change often. Bonus percentages, wagering requirements, maximum bet rules, expiry dates and cashout limits can all be altered without notice, so the offer shown beside a casino on our pages is the operator's advertised figure at the time we checked, not a promise. Always read the casino's own bonus terms before you deposit.
If you spot a difference between what we say and what a casino now states, tell us. We check reports against the operator's published terms and update the page where we can verify the change. We can't confirm changes that are not publicly documented.
What we can't do for you
- Resolve account disputes. We have no access to any casino's systems, and we can't order a payout or reverse a decision.
- Guarantee outcomes. We can't promise a withdrawal, a bonus or a win at any operator.
- Give legal or financial advice. We explain how things generally work, no more.
- Recommend gambling as a way to earn or solve money problems. It is neither.
Casino problems: a sensible order of steps
If you have a problem with an operator we cover, this order usually works best:
- Gather your evidence: screenshots, transaction records, chat transcripts and the terms that applied when you claimed the offer.
- Contact the casino's customer support and note the date, time and reference number.
- If unresolved, use the operator's formal complaints procedure, which should be set out in its terms.
- Check the licence the casino states and whether it names an independent dispute resolution route. Overseas licensing bodies vary in what they offer and in whether they accept complaints from British players.
Be aware that casinos not on GamStop are generally licensed outside Great Britain, so the UK Gambling Commission's protections and complaints routes may not apply to them. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised by the Commission to serve them. Our guide to non GamStop casinos explains this in more detail, and our Terms and Conditions set out how you may use this site.
If gambling is causing you harm
You don't need to contact us first. If gambling is affecting your money, relationships or mood, help is available now:
- GamCare offers free, confidential support through its National Gambling Helpline and online chat. Check its website for current opening details.
- GAMSTOP lets you exclude yourself from online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain, for a period you choose.
- Blocking software can stop gambling sites and apps on your devices.
- Deposit and loss limits, and self-exclusion, can be set with individual operators.
If you have registered with GAMSTOP, think carefully before using a casino outside its scheme. Our Responsible Gambling page explains the tools and the risks. You must be 18 or over to gamble.
Commercial relationships
Slots Not On Gamstop may earn a commission if you follow a link to a casino and sign up. This does not buy a higher position: rankings reflect our editorial assessment. Feedback from operators is welcome only as factual correction, and we don't take payment to change a rating or remove a criticism.
What to expect after you write
We read every message about our content. We can't promise a reply to every enquiry, particularly ones that are really account complaints, and we can't give a fixed response time. Where a correction is needed, we aim to update the page and its updated date.
